Applies to Drawly for iPad. The rules for using the app and the MARETHIC website, on top of Apple’s standard App Store licence.

Who we are
MARETHIC is operated by Marek Roslik as an individual developer, based in Poland. Contact: [email protected]. If the studio is later incorporated, this section will name the company and its registration details.

Agreement
These terms apply to Drawly and to the MARETHIC website. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. Drawly is distributed through the App Store and is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. Other MARETHIC apps have their own terms.

Licence
MARETHIC grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Drawly on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

Purchases and subscriptions
Any payments for Drawly, including in-app purchases, are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store: prices, renewals and refunds follow Apple’s terms. MARETHIC uses RevenueCat to keep track of which purchases are active and never sees your payment details.

Your content
Anything you create in Drawly — sketches, notes, data — is yours. MARETHIC claims no rights to it and, unless a feature clearly says otherwise, never receives it.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use Drawly or the website to break the law, to interfere with their operation, or to attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not yours.

Availability and changes
Drawly may change, gain or lose features, or be discontinued. MARETHIC will give reasonable notice of discontinuation through the App Store listing or release notes where possible.

Disclaimer
Drawly and the website are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MARETHIC makes no warranties about their fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MARETHIC’s total liability for any claim relating to Drawly or the website is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Nothing in them limits the consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live, including mandatory protections under EU consumer law.

Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top is updated. Continued use of Drawly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
