Privacy policy

Applies to Drawly for iPad. How the app and the MARETHIC website handle your data. Short version: as little as possible.

    Overview

    This policy covers Drawly for iPad and the MARETHIC website. It explains what data the app and the site handle, why, and what happens to it. Other MARETHIC apps have their own policy, linked from their own page.

    Data the app handles

    Drawly stores your sketches on your device. The app does not require an account, and MARETHIC never receives or stores your drawings. If iCloud backup is switched on for your device, your sketches may be included in that backup, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy. If a future version needs an account or cloud storage, this section will say exactly what is stored and where.

    Analytics and crash reports

    Drawly uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to see which features get used and to receive crash reports, and RevenueCat to manage purchases. These services receive app and device identifiers, device model, OS version and — for crash reports — diagnostic data about the failure. They never receive your sketches or the contents of your files. You can limit what is shared in iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

    This website

    The website is static and does not use cookies, trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested page — for a limited period as part of normal operation.

    Email

    If you write to the studio, your message and email address are used only to reply and to fix what you reported. They are not added to any mailing list and are not shared with third parties.

    Third parties

    MARETHIC does not sell personal data. It is shared only with the services needed to run and distribute Drawly: Apple (App Store distribution and payments), Google (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) and RevenueCat (purchase management). Each handles that data under its own privacy policy.

    Children

    Drawly is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

  8. 08

    Your rights

    Under EU data protection law you can ask what data relates to you, have it corrected or deleted, object to analytics processing, or request a copy. Write to [email protected] — the studio answers within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

    Changes

    When this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Material changes will also be noted in the release notes of the app.
